Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. GoPay has partnered with legendary singer Rhoma Irama to launch the "Judi Pasti Rugi” (gambling always leads to loss) initiative, aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of online gambling. 

The campaign, supported by the Ministry of Communication and Information, seeks to educate the public through creative content, according to antaranews.com.

Rhoma Irama, known for his 1980s song "Judi (gambling)," which warned about the harm of gambling, was chosen to help deliver the message. GoPay also introduced judipastirugi.com, a platform for reporting suspicious online gambling activities. The reports will be validated and forwarded to authorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Communication and Information Minister Budi Arie Setiadi praised GoPay's initiative, emphasizing the importance of public awareness in combating online gambling. Rhoma Irama highlighted that online gambling is even more dangerous today due to its accessibility, urging the public to stay vigilant.
