Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) disclosed data on the areas with the most criminal acts of human trafficking (TPPO).
"In general, Lampung, Central Java, East Java, North Kalimantan, and several other areas," said the Head of the Public Information Bureau of the Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, Friday (9/6/23).
He emphasized that, from the data owned by the Indonesian National Police, by the orders of the Chief of INP Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the TPPO Task Force would move from the central level to the regional police ranks to uncover it. He ensured that the Indonesian National Police would not indiscriminately crack down on laws protecting TPPO perpetrators.
"This is a form of INP's commitment," he said.
In his direction, the Chief of INP Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo targets that the TPPO case must be successfully dismantled within one week. All levels from the TPPO Task Force, and Regional Police to the Resort Police have proven this by releasing disclosures of the case.
