inp.polri.go.id – The National Police continues to improve the security preparation ahead of the G20 Summit. One of the efforts is by holding a Tactical Floor Game (TFG). Deputy Chief of National Police, Commissioner General Gatot Eddy Pramono explained that in order to support Indonesia as the host of the G20 Summit, the National Police must prepare the security operation as ready as possible so that the G20 Summit could went safely and smoothly. “Securing the G20 Summit is an event where heads of the state came together to one place. Indonesia, particularly Bali, is now the world's spotlight. Thus, we have to be really prepared in our security measures," said the Deputy Chief of the National Police accompanied by the Head of National Police Traffic Corps Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi when reviewing the final preparation of the G20 Summit, Wednesday (10/12/22). The Deputy Police Chief revealed that TFG aims to develop tactics and strategies that will be applied in the G20 security. TFG can also be used as a means of coordination in the operations planning so that each Task Force knows its role and function later on the day. “This is a fight for us, both nationally and internationally. If we can pull this off, it will bring a significant positive impact for us all in the future,” concluded Commissioner Gerenal Gatot.
