Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police Dispatched 2,025 Personnel for Ed Sheeran Concert

Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police prepared 2,025 security personnel to secure the Ed Sheeran Concert on Saturday night, March 2nd, 2024. The thousands of personnel consisted of members from the police, military, and Jakarta Government officials. “We have prepared 2,025 personnel for security preparation,” said the Metro Jaya Regional Police PR Chief, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi on Saturday (3/2/2024). In addition, Ade also states that his party also implemented traffic engineering based on the situation at the road. His party has coordinated with related stakeholders to ensure the concert goes smoothly. “The traffic engineering will be implemented situationally, and we did coordinated with related stakeholders,” continued Ade. Furthermore, the PR Chief of Metro Jaya Regional Police implores the public who will attend the concert to preferably use public transportation and invites them to also maintain traffic security and order. “We implore the public to preferably use the public transportation when going to the concert,” implored Ade in his closing statement.
