Jambi Regional Police participate in maintaining the rice stocks for the upcoming Holy Month of Ramadan as they visit Bulog Warehouse. “The Sub-directorate 1 of Special Criminal Investigation Trade and Insurance Industry of Jambi Regional Police reviews the rice stocks in Jambi Bulog Warehouse,” said Jambi Regional Police PR Chief, Senior Superintendent Mulia Prianto on Friday (2/23/2024). The stock review was to ensure the rice stock availability for Ramadan is sufficient for the people. Following the review, the unit confirms the rice stocks for Jambi ahead the holy month of Ramadan is enough. “We assure that we have sufficient rice stocks for the next six months,” said Mulia quoted from republika. Currently the rice stocks from government aid reserves in Jami Bulog Warehouse is 6,417 tons, while the premium rice is 207 tons and special rice is 405 tons. “This means that throughout Ramadan, we do have sufficient rice stocks,” said Mulia. Previously Jambi Bulog also assured that the rice stocks are sufficient until Eid Al-Fitr even five months after the holiday, said the Head of Jambi Bulog, Ali Ahmad Najih Amsari. (ad/ek/pr/nm)
