Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian Train (KAI) of Jakarta Operational Region 1 prepares 344 additional trains from Gambir and Pasar Senen Train Station for the homecoming of Eid Al-Fitr. The reinforcement is part of the response from the company towards the enthusiasm of public in welcoming the upcoming holidays. “As of now, we have prepared 344 additional trains for March 31st to April 21st, 2024, with the average of 16 Long Distance Trains (KAJJ) operating per day,” said the Public Relations Manager of Indonesian Train Jakarta Operational Region 1, Ixfan Hendriwintoko in his written statement on Monday (3/11/2024). Moreover, Ixfan detailed that there will be 10 KAJJ that will depart from Gambir Station and 6 KAJJ from Pasar Senen Station. Ixfan states that his party have opened the bookings for the additional train ticket since Wednesday, March 6th, 2024. Ticket order can be made via KAI application, kai.id website, 121 contact center, or official ticket sales partners. “Meanwhile, the ticket locket at the station would only serve the go show tickets starting from 3 hours before the train departed,” said Ixfan.
