inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) sent three of its personnel to Gorontalo to investigate the cause of the SAM Air plane crash. It crashed near Panua Airport, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province last Sunday.

The Directorate General of Air Transportation has coordinated with the KNKT and related policy makers to further investigate the SAM Air plane crash incident in the Marisa area, Pohuwato Regency.

Acting Director General of Air Transportation Lukman F Laisa said that the pioneer plane belonging to PT SAM Air with registration number PK-SMH (DHC6) crashed at Panua Airport, Pohuwato.

It is hoped that the investigation process for the SAM Air accident will run smoothly and the whole truth to be revealed.
