Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.   The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has recorded that 13,493 elected legislative candidates have submitted their State Officials Wealth Reports (LHKPN).

"As of 15 July 2024, based on data provided by the General Election Commission (KPU), approximately 13,493 candidates have reported their LHKPN, out of a total of 20,462 elected candidates," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika on Thursday (17/7/2024).

The KPK encouraged elected legislative candidates to promptly report their LHKPN in accordance with KPU Regulation Number 6 of 2024 regarding the determination of elected candidates, seat allocation, and the appointment of elected candidates in the general election.

He reminded that the deadline for reporting LHKPN is 21 days before the inauguration.

Idham Holik, a member of the General Election Commission (KPU), emphasized that elected legislative candidates from the 2024 Election who have not submitted their LHKPN to the KPK risk not being inaugurated.

The regulation is outlined in Article 52 of KPU Regulation Number 6 of 2024 regarding the determination of elected candidates.
