inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police arrest the robbers of retired Indonesian National Army (TNI) soldier in Mustikajaya, Bekasi City, West Java. The retired soldier is Gatot and he was stalked by four robbers with two motorbikes on the night of the incident, on Monday (9/9/2024).

On the night of the incident, robbers close in to Gatot, causing him to fall. They then threatened the retired soldier with sharp weapons.

The Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam says that the suspect took away the motorbike of the victim. Following the incident, the Mobile Investigation Sub-directorate of Metro Jaya Regional Police launched the search and arrested two of the perpetrators, WW and SRA.

“These suspects were considered specialists in their craft. Two have been arrested by us,” says Ade Ary Syam on Tuesday (9/10/2024).

Ade says his party is still developing the case, including chasing down the rest of the robbers.

“Two more robbers are still on the run and have been listed in the wanted list. They are KG and TIP,” explains Ade.
