He underscores that prevention approaches and measures should be the focus in maintaining public health.
“And to prevent, meaning we have to have a good screening, good monitoring to prevent our people from falling ill,” says Minister Budi on Tuesday (9/3/2024).
In a forum attended by health ministers from African countries, Budi highlights that the minister of health work does not come only when their people are sick, but their duties are to maintain their health and prevent them from falling sick.
“This is the time for us to work together, to raise the capacity of health minimum standards in all countries so that we can protect the world, humanity, our children, and the children of our children,” he said.
