No Indonesian Victims in Philadelphia Shooting: Foreign Ministry

Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that no Indonesian citizens were affected by the recent shooting incident in Philadelphia, USA, on Wednesday.
"As of now, there are no reports of Indonesian citizens being involved in the incident," said Judha Nugraha, Director of the Protection of Indonesian Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad at the Foreign Ministry, on Thursday (11/4/2024).
Philadelphia is home to approximately 5,000 Indonesian citizens, primarily residing in South Philadelphia, while the shooting incident unfolded in West Philadelphia, according to antaranews.com.
The shooting incident in West Philadelphia have injured three persons. Law enforcement authorities have arrested five suspects in connection with the shooting, including a 15-year-old boy found in possession of a rifle.
