Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) personnel of Jayawijaya Departmental Police inspected the development of foster farming at the Honelama Dua village on Sunday afternoon (26/12/2021). During the visit, Binmas Noken personnel inspected the development of pigs and fish farms owned by Mr Martinus Kossay, which Binmas Noken fosters. Chief of Regional Coordinator of Binmas Noken of Wamena, Police Commissioner Attendant Harbani Paruki, said that Police suggested Mr Martinus maintain farm pigs given by Binmas Noken so that it could breed a lot and sell for household necessities, pay school fees, and continue his kids' education to university. "We advised Mr Martinus and the family to maintain security and order situation at Honailama Dua village in welcoming Christmas and New Year, so that safe and peaceful situation being keep maintained at the Jayawijaya regency", Police Commissioner Attendant Harbani said. Chief of Regional Coordinator also added the importance of advising Mr Martinus to forward the message to other families so they won't be provoked and influenced by irresponsible groups. "We also advised on Health Protocols by maintaining distance, wearing masks, and washing the hands because Coronavirus is not gone yet. Therefore, obey the government's advice to prevent Covid-19", Chief of Regional Coordinator said. Meanwhile, Mr Martinus stated that the security and order situation in Honailama Dua village is still safe, despite there are still people consuming alcohol during the peaceful Christmas, but they still could control themselves, and he said that he was ready to help Police, especially Binmas Noken, to maintain security and order situation in the Honailama Dua village to stay safe and conducive, and will provide information if there's any disturbance on community security and order.
