inp.polri.go.id – Polda Metro Jaya appealed to the public to avoid the roads around Ancol on Saturday (4/6/2022), during the Formula E race. Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Endra Zulpan appealed to the people of Jakarta and its surroundings not to cross the road around the area where the Formula E event is taking place. "The public should avoid the Ancol area," said Commissioner Endra Zulpan at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Friday (02/06/22). Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya also revealed that Formula E tickets were sold out. Thus, the police predict tens of thousands of people will attend the Formula E racing event and the police officers have prepared traffic engineering in the area around Ancol. "The Directorate of Traffic (Ditlantas) has worked closely with the organizers to anticipate. We hope that the event will run smoothly and there will be no accidents," said the Intermediate Officer of the Polda Metro Jaya. The electric-powered land jet racing event will be held on Saturday (04/06/22) at the Ancol Circuit. Meanwhile, tickets for all categories in the circuit arena have been sold out, starting from VVIP, VIP, and Grandstand. Only tickets for the Ancol festival category are still available.
