inp.polri.go.id -  The Lampung Regional Police arrested a woman named Nurlela (60), a resident from Way Huni, Jati Agung, South Lampung on charges of falsifying a hectare land certificates, Tuesday (11/102022). Head of Sub-directorate III of the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Lampung Police, Commissioner Rosef Efendi said the incident began on December 20, 2019, with the report of a victim named Budi Setiawan, as stated in the Police report number LP/B-255/II/2020/LPG/ SPKT on 10 February 2020. "At that time, the victim knew that there was a fake letter in the name of Nurlela as the rightful owner of the land. Meanwhile, the land use rights holder was known to belong to PT Gunung Mas Persada Raya," said the Director of Criminal Investigation of Lampung Police, as quoted from the Lampungpro.co page. Meanwhile on top of the land, the perpetrators have already built a permanent house. Before the building was erected, the land owner had warned the perpetrators about the ownership status of the land. "But at that time, this perpetrator did not heed the warning and was not willing to leave the location of the land. After the land ownership was thoroughly investigated, it was found that Nurlela occupied and controlled the land on the basis of a Sporadic photocopy which was allegedly false," explained Commissioner Rosef Efendi. Nurlela was arrested after the case file was declared complete by the Public Prosecutor (JPU). Nurlela was arrested in the parking lot of the Kalianda District Court, South Lampung. In that case, evidence was confiscated in the form of a HGB certificate in Way Huwi, a statement from the bank regarding the SHGB, an official report and cadastral mapping, a photocopy of the measurement image from the BPN, and a family card.
