Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Metro Jaya Regional Police Drug Criminal Investigation raids a house used to make synthetic tobacco in Sentul, Bogor Regency, West Java on Sunday (4/28/2024).

The Director of the Drug Criminal Investigation, Senior Superintendent Hengki says that initially police heard of the information of drug package shipping through an online motorcycle taxi in South Tangerang. At that time, police arrested a man with the initials of B.

“We arrest the online motorcycle taxi driver and a man with the initials of B. Then we checked the evidence that is now secured in Metro Jaya Regional Police Drug Criminal Investigation Directorate. The evidence secured turns out to be AD-PINACA or Cannaboid or a drug type I,” said Hengki.

Furthermore, Hengki adds that his party then continued to develop the case and successfully arrested another man with the initials of G. The suspect is the one who ordered the illicit items and planned to sell the drugs to the public. Suspect G was arrested in Serpong, near a gas station.

“We also secured the evidence of 13 packs of aluminum foil containing powders and three jerry cans of liquid to be made into PINACA or better known as synthetic tobacco,” said Senior Superintendent Hengki.

The case investigation continues after the arrest of G as police track the shipping, and from there, police found the house in Sentul.

“Other securing items used to make the synthetic tobacco, we also secured two suspects with the initials of S and H,” conclude Hengki.
