inp.polri.go.id - Bojonegoro. Farmers together with police and military personnel held a corn harvest in Kalikunci Hamlet, Pejok Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro. This activity aims to encourage increased agricultural production and strengthen national food security.
First Police Assistant Inspector, Dali Witoro or famously known as 'Pak Bhabin' and the local police members were seen mingling with farmers, harvesting corn while joking around. The land owner, Jumain, said that this harvest has successfully produced around 7,000 kilograms of corn.
"This harvest is expected to meet local food needs while improving the welfare of farmers," said Jumain on Monday (2/17/2025).
The presence of police and military in this activity is part of their supervision effort to the farmers. Kedungadem Sector Police Chief, Police Senior Inspector Sholeh emphasized that his party will continue to be proactive in supporting government programs.
“We are here to give the support to farmers and ensure that the farm can go smoothly,” says Sholeh.
The collaboration between the authorities and the people in the agricultural sector is important to maintain the food availability in the village. Farmers are also felt supported with the help from the authorities.
