Investigators from the Directorate of Narcotics Crime of Metro Jaya Regional Police have uncovered a network involved in the distribution of crystal meth disguised as Chinese tea and imported coffee from America. The Chief of Metro Jaya Regional Police Inspector General Karyoto explained that the investigation began in late June 2023, following information received by Unit 2 Sub-Directorate 3 of the Narcotics Crime Directorate regarding drug abuse and the circulation of crystal meth allegedly carried out by an individual named RB, alias Robi. The suspect was known to operate in the Pamulang and Depok areas. He further explained that on July 1, 2023, the team conducted a thorough investigation and surveillance of the target, who was spotted near Ruko Akbar Motor on Cinangka Street in Serua Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City, West Java.
