inp.polri.go.id - Aceh. Representatives of contingents from various provinces participating in the 21st National Sports Week (PON) Aceh-Sumut 2024 in Aceh appreciated the services provided by the host. Although there were some issues at the beginning, they were able to be handled quickly.

Many say that the impact from the evaluation done by the committee is that accommodation and transportation provided can meet expectations and provide comfort during the biggest sporting event in Indonesia.

The praise was conveyed in the Chef de Mission (CdM) meeting on Thursday (9/12/2024) at the Aceh Deputy Governor's Official Residence. The meeting was attended by representatives of all provinces participating in the competition as well as the Aceh PON Grand Committee (PB.PON).

Although most of the contingents appreciated the services provided, the host, Aceh, still received some input that still needed to be improved. Several contingents conveyed minor complaints that were expected to be fixed immediately by the committee.

Responding to the input, the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Aceh and the Daily Chair of the PB PON for the Aceh region, Azwardi AP, emphasized that all input provided by the contingents would be followed up quickly.

"We are committed to providing the best service as we can. Every complaint submitted will be immediately identified and followed up so that athletes and officials can enjoy their stay here in Aceh," he explained.

Azwardi also added that PB.PON Aceh continues to evaluate to maintain the quality of service during PON XXI. The committee is determined to ensure that each contingent feels comfortable and able to focus on the match.
