Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo raised his optimism that the vision of a “Golden Indonesia 2045” can be realized through unity and collaboration among all parties.

In his speech at the 2024 Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) and Joint Session of the House of Representatives (DPR) and Regional Representatives Council (DPD) in Jakarta, President Jokowi said, "I am confident that with sustained unity and cooperation, Indonesia, as a strong and sovereign nation, will be able to leap forward and achieve our 2045 goals."

Acknowledging that his administration’s term, which ends in two months, has yet to fully accomplish all objectives, President Jokowi apologized for any limitations, as reported by antaranews.com. 

He was confident that the next administration, led by President Elect  Prabowo Subianto, will continue key programs aimed at improving the welfare of the people.

The session carried the theme “New Nusantara, Advanced Indonesia” and included reports on the performance of state institutions.
