Chief of West Java Regional Police, Police Inspector General Ahmad Dofiri, stated that people tend to physically visit relatives and families by travelling beyond city borders when Eid is approaching. "For the Eid tomorrow and beyond, we will anticipate (it through) insulation on regency and city borders because they will visit relatives and families", Chief of West Java Regional Police said. Chief of West Java Regional Police explains that various tourism objects in Greater Bandung, such as in Bandung regency, West Bandung regency, and Bandung city, will be shut. These closures are due to some areas in Greater Bandung experiences increasing Covid-19 alert status to orange. The decision of temporary closure, according to him, has been confirmed during a coordination meeting with West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.
