Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Task Force of Integrated Law Enforcement of Indonesian National Police (INP) states that the 22 election violations investigation are ongoing. The head of the task force, Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro explains that his party in total has investigated 42 election violations report with three reports were stopped. “Of the 42, 22 are in investigation, 3 have been stopped, and 17 are in the second phase of investigation,” says the task force head to media on Friday (2/2/2024). Moreover, of the 17 cases in the second phase, 10 are in trial, six have been sentenced, and one has been through appeal with the result of acquittal. In total, there are seven suspects have been trialed. “In conclusion, the election violation case on this year election is less than those in 2019,” said Djuhandani. (ad/ay/pr/nm)
