Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Constitutional Court will read its decision on the 2024 Presidential Election Results Dispute (PHPU) case on Monday (4/22/2024) morning. The session is scheduled to be held at 09.00 am.

The spokesperson of the Constitutional Court, Fajar Laksono says that the constitutional judges will read the decision on the case reported by Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud parties.

Fajar says that all parties involved in the case will be provided with 14 chairs at the justice court. The quota includes principals who are coming to the court.

The Constitutional Court and police parties will double their security, both for the masses outside and judges in the court.

“We hope that the trial agenda will go smoothly as it is an important agenda, the agenda of the national constitution which will affect our future,” concludes Fajar.
