The East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Seized 6.7 Tons of Liquor in a Month

Inp.polri.go.id - West Sumba. Within a month, the West Sumba's Resort Police, the East Nusa Tenggara's Regional Police managed to secure 6.7 tons of Peci Brand liquor. This statement revealed by West Sumba's Resort Police Chief, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant F.X. Irwan Arianto, Friday (14 May 2021). It was said that the 6.7 tons of liquor were secured from 40 perpetrators from each scene, starting from the districts of East Sumba, West Sumba and Southwest Sumba. "So this 6.7 tons of liquor came from 40 perpetrators. The 40 perpetrators have not come from West Sumba alone but other districts as well," explained the Regional Resort Police Chief. He added that his party was still listing residents who were suspected of storing and distributing liquor until now. Therefore, his party asked for the full support of everyone in the process of securing these illegal liquors. "We are not stopping here. We will continue to carry out operations until it is constrained," said the Chief of Resort Police. (fa / bq / hy)
