The activity was directly led by the Tobadak Police Chief, Iptu Samsuddin B and involved several personnel of Tobadak Police. The local community also joins in in helping the police building the fence. In one of the opportunities, the Tobadak Police Chief stated that the joint work with the local community is a concrete proof of a strong relationship of the police and the Indonesian Army in creating a safe and orderly situation in the region by getting closer with the local community. "Because the duties of the army and the police, other than providing security in the region, we are also the guide for the community, and this could be seen through this joint work," concluded the Tobadak Police Chief.
