The Indonesian Vice President Ma’ruf Amin hopes that the Dispute on the Results of the 2024 General Election for President and Vice President would give the best result for Indonesia. “The hope is of course it would bring the best result for our country, I think that’s it. I hope the result will be the best for this country,” said Ma’ruf Amin. Moreover, VP Amin also states that the Constitutional Court as the justice court has the absolute authority in enforcing the law and justice without intervention. “I hope that there are no intervention. The Constitutional Court has absolute and independent authority, and the government has no right to intervene,” says the Indonesian VP. Meanwhile, regarding four current ministers that will be summoned as the witness in the PHPU trial, Ma’ruf Amin said that they will convey the general picture of their ministerial duties.
