inp.polri.go.id - West Java. The West Java Regional Police invites all public elements to join in maintaining the situation during the quiet period of the 2024 Regional Head Election. Hopefully the effort can be realized until the voting and recapitulation day of the 2024 Regional Head Election.

“Aside from that, we also remind the police personnel both in the West Java Regional Police and ranks to always maintain police neutrality and not be involved in practical politics,” says the Head of West Java Regional Police Public Relations Division, Senior Superintendent Jules Abraham Abast on Sunday (11/24/2024).

He reminds all parties to stop all political campaigns of any kind during the quiet period from 24th to 26th of November, 2024.

“We also implore the public not to be provoked, involved in money politics, spreading misinformation and hate speech, and do black campaigns and negative campaigns that could harm our unity and also potentially trigger conflict between individuals or groups,” says Jules.

Jules continues that even if people are different in political opinion, the public are urged to maintain unity and nurture diversity as the Indonesian 2024 Regional Head Election gains the attention of International community.
