Following up on the attention of West Sulawesi Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Adang Ginanjar to improve their service and security throughout the homecoming season, police intensified their patrols around the house left behind by travelers.   The Head of West Sulawesi Regional Police Public Relations Division, Senior Superintendent Slamet Wahyudi states that the patrol has the same goal, which is to prevent theft at houses left behind by travelers.   Furthermore, the patrol not only aimed to secure the empty houses, but also to convey security messages to those who stayed behind. Police asked to jointly maintain the security of their neighborhood while the others are gone.   Slamet hopes that the intensified patrol could provide a sense of security and safety for the people and prevent criminal actions during the homecoming season.
