Inp.polri.go.id – Aceh. Aceh Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Achmad Kartiko reminds his personnel to avoid tarnishing the good name of the Indonesian National Police. The remark was conveyed by the police chief when he was giving an instruction to the personnel on his working visit to Southeast Aceh Sub-regional Police on Friday (2/23/2024). In his remarks, the police chief suggested to his personnel to be wise in using social media as the public continue to monitor the activities of police in digital space. Moreover, the Two-Star General also addressed the neutrality of the Police in the 2024 General Election. He said although the election voting day has passed, the election process still continues until the induction of the new president later in October. “Personnel are ordered to remain neutral until the 2024 General Election process is completely over,” stressed Achmad. Furthermore, Achmad conveyed his gratitude for the performance of all Southeast Aceh Sub-regional Police personnel in maintaining security. He hopes that innovative activities will continue to be held in the future. “Thank you for your dedication in maintaining security in Southeast Aceh,” thanked the police chief. (ad/mz/pr/nm)
