Bali Regional Police along with Denpasar Sub-regional City Police conducts night patrol to anticipate security and order disruptions during the 2024 General Election vote recapitulation. Bali regional Police PR Chief, Senior Superintendent Jansen Avitus Panjaitan says that the night patrol performed by joint personnel of Agung Mantap Brata Operation of Bali Regional Police and Agung Mantap Brata Operation of Denpasar Sub-regional City Police. The aim of the patrol is to scour locations prone to disturbances in Denpasar City. “In its operation, personnel inspect locations prone to criminal activities such as robbery, thuggery, prostitution, and other negative activities,” said Jansen. Furthermore, Jansen reveals that the patrol has been conducted routinely by his personnel. “Criminal actions happened because of the intention of the criminals and the opportunity given by them. As part of pre-emptive efforts in suppressing criminal actions, we held this night patrol routinely,” said Jansen in conclusion. (ad/pt/pr/nm)
