Inp.polri.go.id - Labuan Bajo. The Chief of the Indonesian National Police, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo conducted a review of security readiness at the ASEAN Summit in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). One that is being reviewed is the Command Center.
General Sigit explained that this Command Center is needed to monitor all activities during the ASEAN Summit, from the airport to the event location. He emphasized that the Command Center will also monitor disasters and weather.
"We check one by one regarding the existing facilities, the Command Center can monitor the people who come, both foreign and local guests," explained General Sigit in a press conference, Wednesday (3/5/23).
According to General Sigit, security members at the ASEAN Summit will also be connected to the command center. The data of the person being watched is already available there.
"In areas near the sea, we ensure that all ships can be detected, from the type to the ship owner," said the National Police Chief.
