Senior Superintendent Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, the Head of Operation Damai Cartenz-2024, inaugurated the two-day simulation drill for Damai Cartenz Operation-2024 in Mimika on Thursday (25/1/2024). The exercise involved top officials, task force leaders, and sector commanders of Damai Cartenz Operation-2024 and wass scheduled to run from 25 and 26 January 2024. Chief Dr. Faizal emphasized that the primary objective was to ensure the preparation of Damai Cartenz Operation-2024 personnel in enforcing the law against Armed Criminal Groups (KKB) and Political Criminal Groups (KKP) in Papua, with a particular focus on Papua Central and Papua Mountains. “It is crucial for all Damai Cartenz Operation-2024 personnel to understand their duties and maintain synergy among task forces to ensure the successful execution of this operation," he asserted Chief Dr, Faizal  expressed hope that a clear understanding of duties and coordination among units would provide a sense of security to the people in Papua. He highlighted the importance for the operation personnel to be well-prepared and well-coordinated in facing operational tasks in the field, contributing positively to maintaining security and order in the Papua region.
