The two-star general reminds Central Java people to keep discipline in implementing Health Protocols as an effort to avoid Coronavirus transmission. Moreover, Covid-19 cases number are now still high.
"We have to observe Health Protocols, mainly avoiding crowds and reducing mobility. Therefore, all activities should be done at home", the Chief of Regional Police said.
Chief of Regional Police also asserting that Roving Takbir of the Eid al-Adha night is banned. "No Roving Takbir. Indonesian Ulema Council and Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued regulations on Roving Takbir", he explained.
Meanwhile, the sacrificial animal slaughtering event must obey strict Health Protocols. Besides, sacrificial meat would be distributed in a taking away manner.
"There are protocols of handling sacrificial meat, starting from its slaughtering and distributing through taking away", he said. "The SOP is already issued from the Minister of Religious Affairs. I believe (the SOP) has been informed in the regions", the former Chief of Solo City Departmental Police said.
