inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) gave an award to the Indonesian National Police (INP) for successfully becoming the best state apparatus by implementing a merit system in the management of state civil apparatus.
"INP received 3rd place in the best category in terms of implementing human resource management," said Inspector of INP General Supervision, Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo, in Jakarta.
The management of INP Human Resource are based on qualification, competency, and performance, which is carried out fairly without discrimination.
In addition, INP has also developed Adaptive technology through One Data HR which has 43 components/profiles that can be used as assessment materials for qualifications, competencies and performance in supporting the implementation of the merit system in the management of Polri human resources.
The One Data HR application is a form of integration and improvement of various applications that INP already has related to human resources.
Dedi said that the application is an important tool for leaders in making strategic policies related to the management and development of Polri HR careers.
In addition, this application is also a home for various HR services that previously stood alone, thus providing easier and more integrated access to various aspects of human resource management.
"With this consolidated system, the decision-making process becomes faster, more accurate, and based on valid data," said Commissioner General Dedi during the launch of the SDM Satu application, Thursday, October 17, 2024.
The advantage of the Satu SDM application is that it can record the individual tracks of Polri personnel more accurately, from 23 characters to 42 characters, and is integrated into e-Candidate.
In the application, the e-Candidate feature is designed to recruit prospective INP leaders at various levels in a meritocratic manner.
