inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Investigators of Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Unit Investigation are still investigating the current condition of a server used for an international scam syndicate. The operational server is in Abu Dhabi.

“We are still looking whether they still operating or not, because if we are forcing our way through one of the suspect, SZ, it could have affected their operation entirely,” said the Head of II Sub-directorate of INP Cyber Crimes Investigation Directorate, Senior Superintendent Alfis Suhaili in INP HQ on Friday (7/19/2024).

According to him, his party will continue to coordinate with all related parties, including Jakarta and Abu Dhabi NCB Interpol.

On the other hand, Trias, one of the representatives of victims who have been scammed, reminds the public not to easily believe the high payment job offer with easy tasks as it is usually a way to trick the people.

“Because there are ill motives behind those offers,” said Trias.
