inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) reveals traffic going towards Jakarta has started to pick up pace as the traffic volume continues to rise as the Holiday Season is at its peak.
The spokesperson of INP, Senior Superintendent Syamsu Ridwan says that according to Wednesday's traffic data (12/25/2024), the traffic going towards Jakarta is increasing.
“The increasing traffic volume, particularly the return flow, shows the movement of people going back to Jakarta as the situation remains under control,” says Senior Superintendent Syamsu Ridwan on Thursday (12/26/2024).
He detailed that at the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (Trans Java Direction) 12,269 vehicles exited, while 12,296 vehicles entered.
Then, at Kalihurip Utama Toll Gate (Bandung Direction) 11,981 vehicles exited and 14,930 entered with 11,824 vehicles exited and 15,464 entered at Cikupa Toll Gate.
"Towards Merak, there are 2,074 vehicles exited and 2,522 vehicles entered. Then at Ciawi Toll gate (Towards Puncak) 10,555 vehicles exited and 16,688 vehicles entered," he explained.
