Police First Brigadier Tiara Nissa Zulbida received the award directly from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as one of the Top 5 Graduates during the graduation ceremony at the Turkish National Police Academy on Wednesday (26/7/2023). While presenting the award, the president engaged in a short conversation with the Indonesian National Police (INP) officer from East Java Regional Police and asked her to convey his regards to President Joko Widodo. In his speech, President Erdogan congratulated the high-achieving Turkish and international graduates, recognizing their achievements and presenting the diplomas directly to them. He emphasized the crucial role the 87 graduates now play in serving their respective nations with unwavering devotion and upholding the values of honour and integrity in their future endeavours. The ceremony was attended by Indonesian representatives from the Indonesian embassy in Ankara, including the INP Attache In addition to Tiara, Police Second Inspector Regina Setiawan from the Riau Islands Regional Police and Police Chief Brigadier Hilman Lasmana from the West Java Regional Police also graduated from the two-year the First Level Police Chief Training and the Non-Thesis Master Degre” Program in the Turkish National Police Academy.
