Inp.polri.go.id - Jayapura. The 2024 Indonesian National Police (INP) recruitment in Jayapura has seen a remarkable response, with 2,000 applicants registering online at the Jayapura City Sub-regional Police’s Human Resource Development and Training website Thursday (25/4/20 24).

This reflects a strong eagerness among the community to serve as police officers, warmly welcomed by Jayapura Police and its officials.

Senior Superintendent Dr. Victor Dean Mackbon, the Jayapura Police Chief, welcomed the strong responses of members of local communities to serve as police officers.

He said that the recruitment process is transparent and free, in accordance to the INP’'s motto, namely, Clean, Transparent, Accountable, and Humanitarian.

The Papua Regional Police allocated a substantial quota, offering opportunities for young people from the 4 provinces in Papua.

The selection process aims to occur at the sub-regional police level, with unsuccessful applicants advised to view the outcome as feedback for future attempts.

Chief Mackbon warned applicants against trusting promises of guaranteed success as the INP candidates, emphasizing self-preparation as the key to achievement.
