inp.polri.go.id - Tangerang. Police arrested four suspects of child abuse with the initials MR (10) in Muncung Village, Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

"The perpetrators have been arrested. There are four perpetrators, all male," explained Tangerang Sub-regional Police Chief Senior Superintendent Baktiar Joko Mujiono on Wednesday (11/20/2024).

Mujiono explained that the victim was abused because he was accused of stealing IDR 700,000. The abuse was videotaped by the perpetrators until it went viral on social media.

He later added that the incident occurred on Saturday (11/16/2024). Currently, the victim is still in a state of trauma.

"Yes (the victim) was electrocuted, doused and also thrown. Doused with alcohol," he said.
