Inp.polri.go.id - Aceh. Police confirms there are bomb threats to the Aceh Governor Candidate Bustami Hamzah.

"Yes, we have heard. The report initially was coming from the public that there was an explosion," says the Indoneisan National Police (INP) Public Information Bureau Chief, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when confirmed on Monday (9/2/2024).

He conveyed that currently police is at the location for investigation, so official chronology of the incident is yet revealed.

"Aceh Regional Police has formed a team and is currently investigating the case," Trunoyudo said.

On the other hand, Trunoyudo implores public to maintain condiciveness in their respective regions while the police continue to carry out their duties.
