Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Police identify four suspects in the commotion between local residents and Rosario congregations in Babakan, South Tangerang.

Head of South Tangerang Sub-regional Police, Superintendent Ibnu Bagus Santoso reveals the four suspects are D (53), I (30), S (36), and A (26). Previously, their status was just a witness.

According to the investigation results, Ibnu says that police have enough proof to identify these four suspects that caused the two groups to clash during a prayer, causing two Rosario congregates injured.

Other than identifying the four suspects, police have seized pieces of evidence including video recording which have gone viral in social media, and three sharp weapons.

For their crimes, they will be charged with RI Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 and/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code, Article 351 of the Criminal Code, Article 335 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
