The Head of Bali Regional Police Sub-division Provos, Police Superintendent Ketut Dana in Bali Regional Police HQ reminds police members to solidify their neutrality in election. Ketut emphasized that as members of the Indonesian National Police Corps, neutrality in election is a must to ensure state democracy goes accordingly. The elections security must be executed in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure. Furthermore, Ketut states that police neutrality is also part of the Indonesian National Police Chief commitment, and the institution aims to act firmly against those who violate it. On the other hand, Ketut says that the security for every 2024 General Election phases, all personnel must maintain neutrality and not to be involved with politics. Police’s duty is only to secure the election. “Let us together support, secure, succeed, and realize safe and secure election,” conclude Ketut. (ad/pt/pr/nm)
