“Today, the Criminal Investigation Directorate of West Java will handed over HHM and DRM for the Dago Elos Case to the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office,” said the West Java Regional Police Public Relations Chief, Senior Superintendent Jules Abraham Abast on Monday (7/22/2024).

According to Jules, the Muller brothers were identified as suspects for the Dago Elos Case and charged with Article 263 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code, or Article 263 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code, or Article 266 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

The case uncovering begins when the two suspects claim to be the legal land owner of Dago Elos, who now houses hundreds of people. Upon thorough investigation by the police, the authority named the two as suspects in the Dago Elos land dispute case, Bandung City.

The PR Chief says that the suspects identification was according to the open case of Police Report Number: LPB/336/VIII/2023/SPKT/Polda Jabar dated 15 August 2023 on behalf of the reporter Ade Suherman. He reports the two suspects for forging the land certificate and violates Article 266 and/or 263 of the Criminal Code.
