Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Integrated Law Enforcement Task Force, locally known as Satgas Gakkumdu, announced on Friday (19/1/2024) about the progress of the investigation of 13 cases of electoral offenses.
"Out of the 13 cases, 2 are declared SP3 and 6 are undergoing prosecution and sentencing," Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, the Head of the Task Force, said during a briefing at the Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Board on Friday (19/1/24)

The Task Force has received 114 complaints from various regions. After thorough analysis, 21 were identified as election offenses. These cases are currently under investigation.
Director Djuhandani highlighted that document forgery stands out as the most prevalent offense among the reported cases.
"The offenses include 6 cases of money politics, 2 cases involving decisions favoring or harming one party, 1 case of campaigning in places of worship or education, 1 case of a prohibited party acting as a campaign executor or team, 1 case of campaigning involving a prohibited party, and 1 case of campaign material destruction," he explained.
