inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) with the Nusantara Capital City Authority (OIKN) will continue to prepare digital infrastructure in the implementation of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) in IKN.

“What about the digital infrastructure? People often only see the physical infrastructure but not with the digital infrastructure. This is what we discussed in our meeting with the President. We continue to work together with OIKN to guarantee the digital infrastructure was developed smoothly,” says PANRB Minster Abdullah Azwar Anas on Thursday (8/15/2024).

Azwar saw that the digital infrastructure is important so that the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) can work within the digital concept.

Moreover, Azwar also explains the new ASN working system with the implementation of shared offices. This system was expected to improve coordination and collaboration between governmental institutions.

“If you go to Australia, New Zealand, or other countries, there are many ministries within one building. It is just that we are not accustomed with that culture,” says Minister Azwar.

Therefore, Azawr says the implementation of shared offices is part of the plan. Anas says there will be eight ministries in the Coordinating Ministry Building.
