The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) confirmed the quake's magnitude and location, which was felt across various regions, including Pacitan, Trenggalek, Gunungkidul, and Blitar.
Erwin Andriatmoko, the Head of the Regional Disaster Management Mitigation (BPBD) in Pacitan, confirmed the quake, mentioning no reported damage.
