Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police (INP) organized the Bhayangkara Presisi Bowling Cup with media partners at Plaza Festival, South Jakarta, as part of the 78th Bhayangkara Anniversary celebration.

"The event is not only to commemorate the 78th Bhayangkara Anniversary but also to strengthen our relationship with media partners," said Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, the Head of the Public Information Bureau, on Thursday (18/7/24).

He emphasized that this event aims to enhance the synergy between the police and media partners, recognizing the critical role media plays in ensuring transparency in INP’s activities.

Chief Trunoyudo added that feedback and criticism from the public, conveyed through the media, have been instrumental in helping Polri improve its services.

"As the INP’s strategic partner, it is crucial for the Public Relations Division to foster a spirit of collaboration with media partners, exemplified by this event," he explained.

Following the direction of the INP Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the INP aims to continually collaborate with all societal elements, including the media, to strengthen efforts in maintaining public security and order.

Echoing this sentiment, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, the INP Head of Public Relations Division, reiterated that the Chief of Police has urged the Bhayangkara Corps to always stay close to the community, notably through media engagement.

"This collaboration signifies that Polri's Public Relations Division and journalists are united in providing important information to the public," he said.
