inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Culture Fadli Zon said that the diversity of cultural expressions in various regions in Indonesia is capable of making the country the world's cultural capital.
"Maybe in the military field it is not yet a force to be reckoned with, in the economic field we are also not the strongest, but in the cultural field, I think we can become a superpower and even become the world's cultural capital," said the Minister of Culture on Tuesday (2/11/2025).
He expressed his desire to make cultural wealth a national wealth.
"I ask that our museums and cultural heritage sites re-register the entire inventory of national wealth. So this journey is still long. And this is important, in order to rediscover our national identity," said Minister Fadli.
For this reason, the Minister of Culture appreciates what the Indonesian Arts and Culture Committee has done with the Fine Arts Festival.
According to him, the response and exploration of Indonesian arts and culture must continue to be carried out together for the advancement of culture.
In the Fine Arts Festival, a number of artists who are members of the Nusantara Arts and Culture Committee (KSBN) exhibited their fine arts works which were held at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia.
