On Tuesday (2/5/23), the Head of the Security Maintenance Board of Indonesian National Police (INP) Commissioner General Muhammad Fadil Imran arrived at Komodo Airport in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) to directly inspect the security readiness for the upcoming 43rd ASEAN Summit.

Upon his arrival, he was greeted by the Head and Deputy of the 2023 Komodo Operation, the Chief of NTT Regional Police Inspector General Johni Asadoma, officials from the NTT Regional Police, as well as the Chief of West Manggarai Sub-Regional Police.

Accompanied by the Chief of NTT Regional Police and the Head of Social Development Corps, they inspected various preparations, including the pre-operation rehearsal and Tactical Floor Game (TFG) held at the West Manggarai Regent's Office Hall.

The entourage then proceeded to check the location of the Komodo 2023 Operation's Parade Ground at the St. Ignatius Loyola High School Field in Labuan Bajo and several priority locations for the ASEAN Summit meeting.
