Inp.polri.go.id – Keerom. Directorate of Uniformed Regular Police of Keerom Sub-regional Police, led by Police Assistant Inspector Sandry L.M. Hutabarat patrolled to election logistics warehouse and General Election Commission (KPU) in Asyaman Village on Sunday (2/25/2024). Sandry explains that personnel involved in patrol team to always monitor the security and order situation at the location. “We are routinely patrol several vital objects following the votes to ensure that the election organizers and election warehouses remain safe,” said Sandry. Other than the office of KPU, the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) and KPU warehouse are often visited by patrol team. “We are pleased that as of now, the situation in Keerom remains conducive and no security disturbances occurred. However, we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure the security situation remains,” adds Sandry. Sandry, in his closing statement, implores public to support the police in maintaining security and order and immediately report to the police if there are any suspicious activities around the area.
