In ensuring security and order during the 2024 Ketupat Operation, Mimika Sub-regional Police, Superintendent I Gede Putra assigned Head of Ops Control Bureau, Police Senior Inspector Djimi Reinhard to review personnel preparation in the Ketupat Operation security post on Friday (4/5/2024). Accompanying Djimi, the Control Officer, Second Police Inspector Samuel Borang says that other than securing the area, personnel in the post also proactively managed the traffic flow. “They also warned several bikers who did not wear helmets and asked them to comply with the traffic law,” says Samuel. Moreover, security post personnel also patrol around Pama street to provide a sense of security and order for the people in the area. “With this inspection, we hoped that the security and order throughout the 2024 Ketupat Operation in Mimika would go smoothly,” he concluded.
